This month we celebrate Cheryl Regan! Our July Member of the Month!

How has your everyday life changed since coming to City Fitness?
I have more energy to play with my grandchildren and, I have a “variable” desk at work to help with my posture. I am happier and in a much better place than I was 6 months ago.

What are your achievements so far?
I completed the 5km Mackay BMA Marina Run and the Mackay Beach to Garden Fun Run this year. I have also given up diet soft drinks. I continue to make time to come to City Fitness 3-4 times a week.

What is your training goal?
To be a fitter and healthier ME!

What would be your words of encouragement to someone who wants to achieve their goals?
DO IT!

What is your favourite exercise/class?
I enjoy my personal training sessions with Adrienne Ballard. I have been working with her for the last 6 months. Adrienne has made me stronger not only in my workouts, but with my goals.

What is your exercise/ training routine?
Mixing Cardio and Resistance Training.
