Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH™
GRIT™ Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, superfast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometric for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
Les Mills BODYPUMP™
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
Les Mills BODYATTACK™
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals; from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! A simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class.
Les Mills BODYSTEP™
A simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Some of the benefits you can expect to achieve in this class are toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength.
Les Mills BODYBALANCE™
A combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Helps you build strength, flexibility, balance whilst making you more peaceful, more effective, more resistant to stress, more self-aware and much, much happier.
KIMAX
Want to burn calories fast, tone the body and experience the energy, adrenaline rush and fun that only kickboxing and martial arts can give. From first timers to the more seasonal, KIMAX is the group fitness sensation for you.
CIRCUIT
A series of stations designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility and muscular strength and toning for fast results minus the need for co-ordination!
Nautilus Power Circuit
A time efficient 30 minute strength and cardio programme in a fun circuit format utilising Nautilus Training principles your whole body will thank you for this one!
Power Pod Express
A half hour small group training session.  A combination of cardio fitness and weight training; no two classes are the same.  A great way to mix up your regular training week.
