Ingredients

  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Brown Onion
  • 1 Cup of Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup of Broccoli
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger, Crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons of Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chilli Sauce (optional)
  • 500 Grams of Beef Strips
  • Peanut Oil
  • Cooked Rice
  • Shallots & Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Beef Stir Fry

Method

  1. Prepare your vegetables, garlic and ginger. Slice and set aside. 
  2. Place Kecap Manis, Honey and Chilli Sauce in small bowl. Mix to combine. 
  3. Heat frypan, drizzle peanut oil and cook beef strips to your liking. Remove and set aside. 
  4. In the same frypan, cook onions, broccoli and capsicum until slightly soft. Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger. 
  5. Stir to combine. Add beef and sauce mixture and stir to coat beef and vegetables. 
  6. Serve with Rice and garnish with sliced shallots and Sesame Seeds.
