Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries

  • 60g Rolled Oats

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 1 Banana Chopped

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 20g Chia Seeds

  • 12g Coconut Oil

  • 1-2 Cups of Coconut Water 

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients in to a blender except for coconut water.
    2. Blend on low-med speed, slowly adding coconut water. You may need to add more coconut water until desired consistency.
    3. Serve over ice in a chilled glass.
    4. Enjoy!
