1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries

60g Rolled Oats

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Banana Chopped

1 tsp Cinnamon

20g Chia Seeds

12g Coconut Oil

1-2 Cups of Coconut WaterÂ
Method
- Add all ingredients in to a blender except for coconut water.
- Blend on low-med speed, slowly adding coconut water. You may need to add more coconut water until desired consistency.
- Serve over ice in a chilled glass.
- Enjoy!
