• 400g Mixed Nuts (we used Macadamias, Pumpkin Seeds, Pistachios and Almonds)
  • 300g 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt


    1. Place mixed nuts on lined tray in oven (180deg) and toast until fragrant. Once toasted, cut into small pieces.
    2. Melt dark chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments. Once melted, spread on a lined tray using the back of a dessert spoon until ½ cm thick.
    3. Sprinkle mixed nuts and salt over chocolate and allow to set at room temperature for 3-4 hours. Alternatively, you can place in fridge for 1hour.
