How has your everyday life changed since coming to City Fitness?
My Life has changed since joining City Fitness 32 years ago. I have been into all types of fitness my whole life and due to being a shift worker, City Fitness fits perfectly into my life.
What are your achievements so far?
Being a member of the same gym for over 32 years and staying physically active. Over the years I have been into heavy weight lifting, however, due to other activities I have recently added a little variety to my regime.
What is your training goal?
My training goal has changed over the years as I am an AFL Umpire now and need to be fit to run around on the field for a few hours at a time, so I do a lot more cardio now.
What would be your words of encouragement to someone who wants to achieve their goals and succeed?
Do what YOU want to do. Don’t let anyone pull you down. You are the only one that can achieve the goals that you set. Nothing is unachievable.
How often do you visit City Fitness to exercise?
I visit City Fitness around 5- 6 days a week.
Do you visit the same location or do you train at our other locations?
Mostly I visit Victoria St and City Gates.
