LES MILLS - Body Pump

THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS. The ultimate whole-body workout for anyone looking to get lean and toned. This class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Body Pump also increases your core strength and improves your bone health. You will feel the burn throughout the class and love every second of it. You’ll leave Body Pump with a sense of achievement, and a hunger to come back for more.

LES MILLS - Body Attack

This is a high-energy, whole-body group fitness class that burns calories while toning and shaping. Body Attack combines athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. You will feel the infectious energy from our instructors as they lead you through this workout to maximise your cardio stamina. Our instructors will demonstrate low-impact exercise options so you can decide what is best for your body.

LES MILLS - Body Step

Body Step has it all! Our bubbly instructors will coach you through this class of upbeat, rhythmic stepping. Combine these with exercises like burpees, push-ups, weight plates, squats, and lunges. And what is the result of all this?  Well, the answer is quite simple. It’s FUN for all! Don’t worry, there are low impact and low intensity options so that everyone gets the most out this class.


Boxing meets Martial Arts in this high calorie burning class. Kimax uses a freestanding boxing bag as your partner so you can choose to follow any of the low, medium, and high intensity options. Your body will explode with endorphins as you develop your speed, endurance, agility, and total body strength. Please remember to bring your gloves.

REDLINE - Revved Up Conditioning

A real calorie burner. Your heart rate will be pushed into the RED by using metabolic conditioning – high intensity interval training with short rests. Strength, power, and cardio exercises are combined to test your mental and physical fitness levels. You will complete each station with a short rest before moving onto the next, keeping your heart rate pushing the Redline.

EDGE - Razor Sharp Strength

Razor Sharp Strength. Fine tune your muscles and get them razor sharp in this high intensity interval strength class. Edge is where cardio converges with strength and conditioning by using a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and dead balls. You will start to feel the strength that comes with having razor sharp muscle tone.

ELETRIX - Electrified Endurance

Electrified Endurance. This class is designed to improve your endurance levels and push you into the fat burning zone. We get your heart rate pumping to reach the high calorie burn zone by using various cardio equipment such as Assault Bikes, Skill Mills, Power Towers and much more. Strength-based exercises are included at various stations into the class to develop your endurance.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Slow Flow

Relax, focus on your breathing as we hold and develop each pose, stretching for extended periods of time. A great class for those new to yoga.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Stretch & Release

Start your week on a positive note with stretch and release. Flow from one stretch pose to another to open, release and invigorate your body and mind. Suited for the everyday person to the professional athlete.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Warrior Flow

A free flowing class incorporating classic yoga poses focusing on strength, conditioning, balance and internal fortitude. In this class you will find your inner warrior.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Yoga Pilates Fusion

A wonderful blend of core and glute Pilates exercises with slow mindful yoga stretches. This class will improve your posture and mobility. You will stand strong and tall.
