LES MILLS - Body Pump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
LES MILLS - Body Attack
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals; from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! A simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class.
Want to burn calories fast, tone the body and experience the energy, adrenaline rush and fun that only kickboxing and martial arts can give. From first timers to the more seasonal, KIMAX is the group fitness sensation for you. Please bring your own boxing gloves, mitts, or MMA gloves. If you do not have any, you can purchase them at our City Centre club.
EDGE - Razor Sharp Strength
To fine tune your muscles to get them razor sharp, this is the class for you! For 45 minutes we will focus on that look that everyone notices. Your muscles. With this class you will notice a change in your muscle tone and begin to feel the strength that comes with a fine tuned body!
ELETRIX - Electrified Endurance
No matter your lifestyle, whether it’s windsurfing, water skiing, motorcycling, or just hiking and riding your bike, endurance is everything. This 45 minute class will build up your endurance for your extra curricular activities. No matter your lifestyle, you have to be fit and healthy to enjoy it. You will enjoy this class!
FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Slow Flow

Relax, focus on your breathing as we hold and develop each pose, stretching for extended periods of time. A great class for those new to yoga.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Stretch & Release

Start your week on a positive note with stretch and release. Flow from one stretch pose to another to open, release and invigorate your body and mind. Suited for the everyday person to the professional athlete.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Warrior Flow

A free flowing class incorporating classic yoga poses focusing on strength, conditioning, balance and internal fortitude. In this class you will find your inner warrior.

FY60 (Functional Yoga) - Yoga Pilates Fusion

A wonderful blend of core and glute Pilates exercises with slow mindful yoga stretches. This class will improve your posture and mobility. You will stand strong and tall.
