Ingredients

  • 1 Cup¬†Greek Yoghurt

  • 5 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • Mixed Fruit (your choice)
  • Muesli (your choice)

  • Mint & Honey to Garnish

    Method

    1. Night Before: Add Greek Yoghurt, Chia Seeds and Honey into a bowl and mix. Cover and refrigerate.
    2. Next Day: Chop fruit of your choice into your serving bowl and top with Chia Pudding and Muesli.
    3. Garnish with Mint and Honey.
    4. Enjoy!
