How has your everyday life changed since coming to City Fitness?
Joining City Fitness has certainly changed my training regime. Being able to incorporate strength training and group fitness has improved my overall fitness and motivation to keep fit.
What are your achievements so far?
I’ve improved my strength and overall well-being. I’m motivated and feeling good about my daily activities.
What is your training goal?
Cardio training and strength training. Ultra-distance marathons and endurance sports.
Last, but not least, self-confidence both physically & mentally.
What would be your words of encouragement to someone who wants to achieve their goals and succeed?
You can do it! Take small steps. Being consistent and getting the basics right will pay big dividends. For me, it’s to enjoy my exercise program. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is doing that little bit “extra.”
What is your favourite exercise/class?
Definitely Grit Strength. The instructors are motivating and inspire the group. The class works as a team and we encourage each other. It’s great to see everyone push themselves and give 100%.
What is your exercise/ training routine?
Grit strength – twice a week. Cardio session – once a week. Outside of City Fitness – swimming 2 to 3 times a week, running and cycling at least once a week.
