• 250g Butter
  • 500g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 12 Passionfruit
hot chocolate


  1. Place butter and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until butter has melted. Stir if needed. Remove from heat. 
  2. Beat eggs and passionfruit pulp with electric beater until combined. 
  3. Add passionfruit mixture to butter mixture and return to heat stirring continuously until mixture thickens. 
  4. Remove from heat. Cool and bottle in sterilised jars. Store in fridge.
