Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats 
  • 1/4 cup almond flour 
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein or your protein of choice 
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 
  • 1 cup peanut butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

    Method

    1. Start by adding oats, protein & flour to a large bowl & gently stir. 
    2. Then add maple syrup, peanut butter & vanilla & mix until fully combined.  
    3. Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper & pat the mixture down. 
    4. Melt 1/2 – 1 cup chocolate chips & 1 tbsp coconut oil & pour over the top evenly. 

    Freeze for 1.5 hours minimum. 

    Store in freezer for up to a week.
