• 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp¬†Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp¬†Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder


  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and place into a microwave mug of your choice.
  2. Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds. Please keep in mind that cooking time may vary depending on microwave temperature.
  3. Allow to cool for 2 minutes and serve with chopped banana and a drizzle of honey.
