Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Plain Flour
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Oat Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Method
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and place into a microwave mug of your choice.
- Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds. Please keep in mind that cooking time may vary depending on microwave temperature.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes and serve with chopped banana and a drizzle of honey.
