Ingredients

  • 2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup ham finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 small carrot grated, squeeze excess water with paper towel
  • 1 small zucchini grated, squeeze excess water with paper towel
  • 125g butter melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
    savoury muffins

    Method

    1. Pre heat oven 180C and grease muffin tin
    2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
    3. Stir in butter, milk and egg until just combined. Don’t over mix.
    4. Bake in oven for 15 mins or until cooked and golden
