• Peanut Oil for frying
  • 500g Frozen Seafood Mix (or chicken)
  • 200g Thai Stirfry Mix
  • 400ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbs Fish Sauce
  • 220g Laksa Paste
  • Bean Sprouts (optional)


  1. Heat Peanut Oil in pan.
  2. Add Seafood Mix and Stirfry Mix and Heat.
  3. Add Laksa Paste and Stir
  4. Add Coconut Milk and Fish Sauce.
  5. Reduce heat and continue to stir until Seafood is cooked.
  6. Serve with Rice or Noodles and Bean Sprouts.
  7. Enjoy!
