- Peanut Oil for frying
- 500g Frozen Seafood Mix (or chicken)
- 200g Thai Stirfry Mix
- 400ml Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbs Fish Sauce
- 220g Laksa Paste
- Bean Sprouts (optional)
- Heat Peanut Oil in pan.
- Add Seafood Mix and Stirfry Mix and Heat.
- Add Laksa Paste and Stir
- Add Coconut Milk and Fish Sauce.
- Reduce heat and continue to stir until Seafood is cooked.
- Serve with Rice or Noodles and Bean Sprouts.
