How has your everyday life changed since coming to City Fitness?
I’m less stressed and I am really enjoying my time at the gym!
What are your achievements so far?
I am losing both weight and centimetres, which is awesome!
What is your training goal?
My goal is to increase my weights.
What would be your words of encouragement to someone who wants to achieve their goals and succeed?
Believe in yourself and focus on the positive rather than the negative and enjoy what you are doing!
My favourite exercise is the treadmill.
What is your exercise/ training routine?
Treadmill, step up with weights, front raises, vertical press and compact row.
